FREQUENTLY ASKED

Procurement questions

What power does the AC-M18 need?

Three-phase power: 400 V / 50 Hz or 208 V / 60 Hz depending on the variant. Tell us your generator or grid situation and we quote the right one.

Can it also heat?

Yes. It works as a reversible heat pump down to −32 °C, which lets a camp cover the shoulder seasons with the same ducted unit before diesel heaters take over.

Is there a CBRN version?

Yes — the AC-M18 CBRN, a sealed variant for shelters with CBRN filtration. Details and configuration come with the quote.

Which refrigerant does it use?

R134a (3.0 kg) in the 400 V / 50 Hz variant and R513A (3.5 kg) in the 208 V / 60 Hz variant.

How should we specify a requirement in a tender?

Model, voltage variant and quantity per line, plus ducting and accessories if you need them quoted. If your specification is written around NSN codes, send those and we will match them.
